Sera Demre is a traditional pepper from Southern Turkey. Fruits are bright green, crunchy and can grow as long as 8-10″. Mid-season plants are very productive and offer a long harvest.
What makes this variety very interesting is that while the fruits are sweet when green, intense heat makes them spicier as the season progresses.
