Antep Long Dolmalık is a hot pepper selected for fruit shape and size as well as for flesh thickness by seed keeper Mehmet Öztan from our Pul Biberlik Antep hot pepper. Excellent yield, oblate fruit shape. Very hot, incredible flavor that excels in stuffing (dolma) recipes. Mid to large-size fruits usually weigh in 3-5 oz range. We think that this will be a new customer favorite.
