Photenically pronounced:
Ovabükü Round is a traditional winter squash from Ovabükü (Muğla), Turkey, where vegetable-based meals are the core of people’s diets. Medium to large size fruits are round and ribbed, and have orange flesh and light orange rind. Don’t be surprised to occasionally see pear-shaped fruits on some plants.
