Mid-season, softneck garlic that was brought to the U.S. by Italian immigrants. Bulbs can be stored 6-9 months, and have 4-7 large cloves which are easy to peel and spicy. This flavorful garlic is great for a wide range of uses including roasting and with kebap. Bulbs can be stored up to 6-9 months. Cloves have purple stripes with a spicy flavor that mellows when cooked. Easy to peel!
