Phonetically pronounced: han-em-el-ee
Hanımeli is a very productive Turkish wax bean variety with yellow, long and round pods. Plants have bush growth habit and are early. Stringless pods are great for pickling but also very tasty for fresh eating, in salads and meals.
Our current seed stock was grown by the farmers at Uprising Seeds in Bellingham, WA. Many thanks to co-owner and seed grower Brian Campbell who has been very supportive to our company.
