65-75 days. Beautiful cress with mild, peppery flavor. Plants get tall later in the season as they form hundreds of seed pods on dozens of branches. Persian Cress is very popular among florists as a bouquet filler. Best for greenhouse production if you intend to use for bouquets to enhance quality. At seed forming stage, plants need trellising. Best for early spring planting in warm areas. Young leaves add great flavor to salads. Originally from Iran.
