Traditional summer squash of Ürgüp, Turkey, grown for its large and full seeds. Typically they are salted and roasted to make a flavorful snack. Just grow it like a summer squash you eat, and wait until the round fruits are overripe (i.e. they will have a dull yellow color at this stage) to harvest the seeds.
