One of our favorite greens, Turkey Wide Leaf Tere cress has amazing robust flavor with a healthy amount of kick. Cress leaves traditionally accompany fish meals either served with a slice of lemon on the side or in tomato salad. An excellent addition to your early spring and early fall garden. Cress is native to Western Asia and a very old traditional plant that accompanies fish in Turkey.
This is a mustard family plant that is native to Western Asia. Our current seed stock was grown by Cody Egan of Driftless Seeds in Decorah, IA. Driftless Seeds is certified organic by the Iowa Organic Certification Program.
