Description

Sazova green bean is one of the most productive bush beans we have ever grown. Long, slender and round pods are stringless, meaty and flavorful. Its excellent eating quality for both stews and pickling makes this Turkish variety a staple bean in our field. If you are not a big fan of trellising beans and also prioritize flavor, Sazova is a great choice for you.

Our current seed stock was grown by the farmers at Uprising Seeds in Bellingham, WA.

These are my favorite bush green beans; and I have grown about 10 different varieties in my Kentucky garden. There isn’t much info on them and there was no specific reference on whether they freeze well. I have frozen (blanch 4”, ice and IQF) them for 2 years and they taste great.

These are, without a doubt, the very best bush green beans I have ever grown. They produced early and are still putting out beans at the end of the season.

This is a delicious and very prolific bush (albeit tall bush) green bean. I’ve just started picking them and have nothing but raves about them. I’ll be curious to see how long they produce.
