Sarıkız green bean has excellent flavor and high canning and cooking quality. Pods are flat and stringless. Prolific plants have bush habit and are ready to harvest in 40-45 days. This is a favored variety by Turkish gardeners, also known as an Ayşe Kadın green bean due to its flat, stringless pods.
Our current seed stock was grown by the farmers at Uprising Seeds in Bellingham, WA. Many thanks to co-owner and seed grower Brian Campbell who have been very supportive to our company.
