Phonetically pronounced: en-deh-zeh
Endeze is an old length unit that was used by Ottoman Empire and an equivalent of approximately 2.1 ft. While the tender and stringless pods of Endeze don’t get that long, they can reach 8-10 inches, and they become plump as they mature. Plants have pole growth habit and are prolific. This Turkish heirloom is an excellent snap bean variety that we have been looking forward to offer in our catalog.

Very strong plants and good germination rate. The beans themselves were very tasty too. Could have probably been more productive if I amended the soil properly.
