Phonetically pronounced:
Antep Dolmalık eggplant is a traditional variety of Antep, Turkey, that is used for stuffing recipes. It is also a tradition in the region to carve and dry fruits on a string as the summer wraps up for winter cooking. Small fruits have excellent flavor, and plants offer very good yield. This is a seed we have been selecting for fruit shape and size for over a decade.
