Although pepper (Capsicum annuum) is native to Mexico, it became a staple food crop in Turkey and across the globe over the last few hundred years. Peppers in our catalog can be purposed in various ways some of which are listed below:

• Stews and stuffing recipes

While most of our hot pepper seeds are heirlooms, we offer seeds which were bred in the 20th century as well. In addition, you may also find here the hot pepper seeds from our culturally appropriate plant breeding and seed selection efforts.
