Çiftehan Ayşe Kadın of Niğde is one of Turkey’s signature green bean varieties, praised and stewarded for its amazing flavor. Not as productive as some of the other green beans we offer but we quickly added it to our staple seed list due to its rarity and traditional value.
Green pods are wide and usually have 4-5 seeds in them. Seeds are beautiful and have a grayish, sandy surface with brown stripes. This is a pole variety that needs trellising.
