Description

Mid-season, porcelain-type, hardneck garlic known for its excellent flavor, storage capacity and large bulbs which usually have 4-6 cloves. Cloves have purple stripes with a spicy flavor that mellows when cooked. Easy to peel!

Our seed garlic has been stewarded and was organically grown by Tasha Guatney of Akwesasne.
