San Marzano has a heavy cover of regular-leaf foliage. Elongated fruits are 4”-5” long and form in clusters of 7-8. This is a traditional cooking and canning tomato from Italy. Fruits are bland for fresh eating but make into delicious tomato sauces. We offer a relatively newer selection for this outstanding heirloom.
