Sweet Balık (Sladki Ribki) Pepper

Sweet Balık has the excellent flavor profile, texture, fruit shape and flesh thickness that Balık has except that the fruits show very little to no heat. Plants are prolific and fruits are bright green. This is an excellent pepper to make sweet roasted pepper sauce or paste. Great choice to make paprika as well.
