After years of seed selection, we can finally offer this amazing traditional bell pepper from Antep of Turkey. This variety comes with a very rare trait for a bell pepper, and that is the healthy amount of heat it has. Traditionally used to make pepper flakes, we love preparing stuffing recipes with it as well. Fruits have thin walls and absorb flavor of the ingredients and meal juices, when cooked. Their unique shape and glossy look stands out in the field. Plants are tall and very productive. We can’t praise this variety enough, and we hope to keep it in our catalog year after year.
