50 days. Large loose leaf variety with long, pointy leaves that resemble deer tongue. Bright green leaves have tips with a burgundy hue. Very attractive lettuce with a nutty flavor. Better suited for transplanting in early spring and/or fall.

Our current seed stock was grown by Hank Keogh and Jo Erikson of Avoca Seed in Corvallis, OR. Avoca Seed is certified organic by Oregon Tilth.
