Hot Yellow Balık (Ardei Peşte Appetite) Pepper

Hot Yellow Balık is as productive and flavorful as  the amazing Balık pepper except that this seed produces yellow fruits that resemble fish. Fruits hold very well on plants, and turn deep red color at seed maturity. 

This is a very hot and flavorful variety. Excellent choice for pickling and stir-frying when yellow and for making sauces when pods turn red. Many thanks to our friend, Gökhan Erdinç, for sharing seeds for this lovely pepper with us.
