Finally! It took a few years for us to re-generate seeds for this very old heirloom eggplant from Antep as our foundation seed stock had very low germination rates, and we lost many of our plants to few incidents along the way.
Dolmalik Antep has excellent texture, flavor and yield. Fruits need to be picked when they are 3-4 inches long for best eating/processing quality. People of Antep traditionally carve and dry the fruits harvested in summer and they store them for stuffing recipes over winter.
