Çorbacı Balık (Pestişori Ciorbagiu) Sweet Pepper

Commercially introduced by us in the U.S.

Phonetically pronounced:

A cross between sweet Çorbacı and hot Balık peppers, Çorbacı Balık produces a bounty of large, sweet yellow peppers with thin walls. Fruits can be used for snacking or grilling and are great in salads. Another great pepper variety from the Balkans.
