Orange version of the amazing Balık pepper with fruits that mostly resemble more of Jalapeño yet they have thinner skin. Very productive, hot and flavorful variety. Orange fruits don’t hold well on plants for a long time. If you want to use the orange fruits, instead of harvesting at green stage, we recommend you to pick as soon as the color turns so that the high fruit quality is maintained.

Hot Orange Balık is great for pickling and stir-frying.
