Browse and shop collard seeds. Collards are known to have been domesticated in Anatolia during the reign of Roman Empire, and have been cultivated and celebrated in the region since then. A staple crop in today’s Northern Turkey, it is amazing how this plant can make cultural connections between the region and the American South where it is equally celebrated by Black people and other communities.
