This is a prolific pepper variety with an enjoyable amount of heat and great flavor. Plants performed very well in our cool fall field conditions and fruits ripened to red evenly, earlier than many other pepper varieties we had in the field. Korean makes great sauces, it can be used to make reasonably hot (smiley face) kimchi and it can be dried for pepper flakes as it has thin skin. 65-70 days to maturity.
